The discussion then introduced a framework categorizing communication styles into four types, based on two key dimensions: <strong>assertiveness<\/strong> and <strong>responsiveness<\/strong>. Each style comes with its own strengths, needs, and challenges, and each responds differently to conflict or high-stakes situations.<\/p>\n<p>A key takeaway from the session was the idea that many interpersonal challenges stem not from intent, but from the natural traits of differing communication styles. Importantly, we also learned that communication styles are not fixed\u2014they can evolve and adapt depending on context, experience, and intention.<\/p>\n<p>The session provided a valuable opportunity for self-reflection and growth, encouraging participants to think about how they can more effectively connect with others whose styles differ from their own. We also explored how to tailor messages for greater clarity, empathy, and impact in professional interactions.<\/p>\n<p>Our <strong>next session<\/strong> will take place on the <strong>first Thursday of August<\/strong>, where we\u2019ll explore the art of <strong>elevator pitches, small talk, and non-verbal communication<\/strong>\u2014essential tools for making strong impressions and building
