The first session, titled Accelerate Your Career Growth, began with a discussion on the differences between traditional career development paths and multi-faceted approaches. Participants reflected on their career growth potential using the CMO model (Competence, Motivation, and Opportunity).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contrary to common misconceptions, the key skills required for career advancement are primarily developed through hands-on job experiences (70%), learning from interactions with others (20%), and formal education or training (10%).
