Participants from the San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego regions joined the event, which opened with welcome remarks from the WiSET organizing committee and the national president of KWiSE.<br \/>\nFollowing the opening, attendees moved into regional sessions, where mentors were introduced and local chapter leaders presented their plans for this year\u2019s mentoring program.
