On February 27, 2024, the KWiSE SF steering committee held their first offline meeting. During
the meeting, they approved the roles and responsibilities of the steering committee and
established a yearly plan including the 2025 WISET-KWiSE mentoring program. They outlined
the key activities for the mentoring program and discussed what specific preparations should be
made in advance, as well as identified aspects that might not be necessary. Additionally, they
reviewed the necessary preparations for upcoming events and took the time to organize
immediate communication methods to facilitate smooth collaboration among the board
members.
2024년 2월 27일, KWiSE SF 운영진들의 첫 오프라인 미팅이 진행되었습니다. 이번 회의에서는
확정된 임원진들의 역할을 분담하고, 2025년에 예정된 멘토링 프로그램의 월별 계획을
수립하였습니다. 멘토링 프로그램과 관련하여 월간 활동의 큰 틀을 잡았으며, 세부적인 부분에서
사전에 준비해야 할 사항이 무엇인지, 반대로 불필요한 부분은 무엇인지에 대해서도 논의를 통해
정리하였습니다. 또한, 앞으로 진행될 이벤트를 위해 필요한 사전 준비활동을 점검하였으며,
운영진 간 원활한 협업을 위해 지금 당장 필요한 소통 방법을 정리하는 시간도 가졌습니다.
