• Dr. Jae-Kyung Lee shared how to explore funding opportunities and how to write an NIH research proposal. Funding opportunities include extramural, institutional/departmental, and conference travel grants. Dr. Lee shared websites for research funding sources and research program funding workshops. She provided information on understanding core review criteria (i.e., Significance, Investigators, Innovation, Approach, and Environment).
